Northern Santa Clara has had one of the biggest Eichler home areas in the bay area until recently. Here at Palmieri Pest Control, we have been getting a lot of requests for rodent inspections, which is a requirement for homes that are to be torn down, because they need to be cleared of any rodent infestation. It turns out that when we go to these inspections we have found that 95 % of these are Eichler homes.
